My friend Brian is a cofounder of a biodegradable, compostables company called Repurpose.
I have used their cups for my cafe, Triniti since we opened and have been a showcase of their amazing corn-based cups.

Brian was launching a new project called re-circular, where the bio-plastics Repurpose and other companies were celling would be collected and repurposed into a product. Building materials, clothing, etc.

I asked if he can make a table out of the cups that my customers are using if we collected them for a period of time.

The plastics were collected and we created a replica of my current table tops & design, but made with plastic cups our customers were using.

I shared the idea to my friend Oren Peleg, who is a freelance journalist and was pitched to Architectural Digest resulting in this article below.
